What is DTD2?

The DTD2 (Do The Database 2) contact model you can use in Command that utilizes custom contact tags to divide your entire database into 12 groups based on the first letter of the contact's last name. This segmentation allows you to call one group each week, ensuring you reach your entire database of contacts by phone four times per year.

You will create these tags as custom tags in your KW Command Settings and then apply the appropriate tag to every contact in your database based on their last name. The tags are used to filter your contacts in Command so you know exactly which contacts to call each week to maintain a consistent quarterly follow-up.

Making a quarterly call is just a starting point. You could expand this system to include more and different touchpoints (texts, social interactions, hand-written notes, etc.) depending on your workload and leverage.
